A2 mistakes

For some of the pull requests, our group performed the necessary code reviews and commenting. However, we made mistakes in choose the merging method as we did not use the squash and merge option.

We have now realised this mistake and are working on contributing towards the project strictly following the codes of conduct and good git etiquttes.
