Feature Request Description

Use Cypress from test execution. THe scope is to create the setup and migrate several tests to verify the test framework.
Then, on a second step gradually migrate old tests, while new tests will only be written in Cypress.

Proposed Solution

Switch to Cypress for web components tests and remove wdio.
