Are Defined Daily Dose (DDD) data already stored in UCLH ? #62

Defined Daily Dose (DDD) are data maintained by WHO as a part of ATC, available :

by an API for individual drugs (used by Ramses)
an xls file (200 EUR) https://orders.atcddd.fhi.no/home
have been be scraped by @razekmh
apparently through NHS Terminology Server, but connecting is bewildering. https://digital.nhs.uk/services/terminology-and-classifications/dm-d#accessing-dm-d

Are they available within UCLH that we can access easily ?
