Support mapMany for Single

Motivation for inclusion

It is very annoying to convert to Observable to be able to use mapMany and then to convert it to single.

Example of use

mySingle.mapMany(...)

In place of

mySingle.asObservable()
               .mapMany(...)
               .asSingle()
