I have a question regarding the binder generation and testing process mentioned in the README and the paper.
In the README, it is stated that approximately 10,000 binder backbones were generated for each target. However, in the paper, it is mentioned that "Binders were identified for all 4 targets, with fewer than 100 designs tested per target compared to thousands in previous studies."
Could you please clarify if this means that 10,000 binders were initially generated and then filtered down to 100, which were subsequently tested experimentally in the lab?
Thank you for your time and clarification!
