Recently, I am doing work on denovo design protein based on publication -"RFdiffusion".
In the protein design part, I have one question, could you please help me?
In the design of expression vectors, the "MSG - [protein]-GSGSHHWGSTHHHHHHH vector construction method is used.".
I would like to inquire about the functions of MSG gene elements and whether there is corresponding sequence information that can be provided?
