Just so we know? Have you opened a support ticket? |
not yet. Should I? |
If you have an Enterprise licence it is what you pay for! They have their own internal repos & tracking so github is really just a final dump of internal work. As a result it is largely ignored. For a faster response open a ticket via your cloudy admin panel. Reference this issue. |
Thank you, I opened a support ticket as well. |
Hi anicoa, as you have support, always good to point to support. Will ask folks to take a look into it |
hey @anicoa can i work on this? |
Please don't @ - it isn't necessary. Nothing gets tasked/assigned here. Please read this. https://gist.github.com/reetp/b0ba4e3d0ea2ff48ca9da00a5a647d42 Note that this has been logged through a support ticket and is being handled internally. You should familiarise yourself with how Rocket.Chat backend systems work. |
okay thanks! |
Description:
Accordingly to the docs "Just mention a team — @engineers, for instance — and all members will get notified instantly."

Steps to reproduce:
Expected behavior:
Team members get a notification as stated in the docs
Actual behavior:
There is not any information regarding the mentioning (not in the team-channel, no notifications on devices, not anywhere)
