rhc connect - should detect when registered to Satellite / capsule #36

Currently:

System registered to Satellite
run rhc connect - rhsm runs as expected, insights connects as expected, rhc appears to run as expected
reality: rhcd is unable to connect

Expectation:

System registered to Satellite
can use rhc to register to satellite and insights
rhc detects it's registered to Satellite and NOPs the connector activation with a message
