allow three d animated chart over multiple tabs

add the capability for the 3d animated chart to be used on multiple tabs. currently this isn't possible because the 3rd part plugin vizicities has some memory heap items that gets left over even after trying to remove/destroy the map. Possible solutions would be to make a single map that is moved/shared across the tabs or fix the memory heap issues with ViziCities.
