Summary

A client that allows creation of and commenting on tickets via email messages

Requirements

The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and "OPTIONAL" in this document are to be interpreted as described in IETF RFC 2119.

Specification

The system MUST allow users to add a ticket to a help desk server by sending an email message to a specified address.

The system MUST extract user information, subject and message body into the appropriate fields.

The system SHOULD send email notifications on new comments to all users involved in a conversation.

The system SHOULD allow users to comment on tickets by replying to email notifications.
