Add generic D3 viewer container panel

Provide for pluggable D3 viewers in some form of inline and tabbed panel option.

The API for these viewers to access the cached SPARQL results needs to be defined. Whether or not the ability to fetch additional nodes from the SPARQL endpoint or other resources is unclear.
