Currently we are testing the production build only in release.yml and pre-release.yml, and only as a locally hosted build.

Perhaps we can run the e2e tests on the built docker image in the docker CI task from main.yml

Before we do this, we should figure out why one of the tests is failing for the docker image (see #736)
