First right-click is eaten

After the navigation bar shows the first right-click (typically on the back/forward button in my usage) passes through, I don't get the context menu.  Right-clicking on subsequent trips to the bar tend then work fine.  It seems that certain changes such as switching tabs will increase the chance of the next right-click on the bar once again being eaten.

Works fine for me, all clicks go through. Does that happen if you disable all your other add-ons? Is the window focused when you try to right-click it?

Also, if you can please try it with beta version 1.4.7b1 as well.
