@DrDrij we should add this to our current look at quantecon.org/lectures

I keep feeling like we need a link to the lectures on the top right of https://quantecon.org/, without needing to scroll down or open a dropdown.

Maybe "about", "news" and "team" could be combined in a dropdown and "Lectures" could be added?
