Describe the new content you are requesting.

The description for PEA on the linked page is basically just 1 line PEA is a more sophisticated technique that performs preliminary experiments to reconstruct the noise and then uses this information to perform an accurate amplification. The description for all the other error mitigation techniques goes into much greater details. It also doesn't link to the actual paper.

I also don't understand why the link "Scalable error mitigation for noisy quantum circuits produces competitive expectation values" points to an article that requires subscription, when the second link points to the same paper on arxiv.

If this new content request is accepted, do you want to write the content?

I only want to review the material when it's finished
