Compile data report from second field test

@JSegrave-IBM, we need to compile a report from the first and second field test for the firefighters. Can you please help create pdfs like you did with the data from last year?

I assume that we first use the batch job first to upload data to the database?

• Need to upload field test data from all devices used
• Need to combine that with database data
• Need to back it all up!
• Need to generate reports on this data, similar to what John did last year with last Feb's data
• Need to see how we can make this data accessible in the dashboard for this and other events
• Need to confirm it's consistent with what's shown in the dashboard
