3D Images Not Working when Parts File not in Project,

The 3D images on the parts folder are not working with the simple global install Lee has found todate, 20240417.

Here is an example where the 3D model is not correctly displayed.

Some analysis.

Lee thinks this is because the GPAD has the Parts folder in the project file.
The ${KIPRJMOD} in the file path is a reference to the project path.
