Created GitHub discussions; using it effectively?

Oops, I went ahead and enabled Discussions here for us. I think this can be a place we share larger-scale ideas, discussions, and feedback for the foundations book in that nebulous space that exists between our meetings. I encourage anyone with specific ideas about tailoring GitHub Discussions to our needs (e.g. categories to create, important things to share here, how to effectively reach each other) for crafting this book, respond here! The only new category I've added is for announcements we have to the community. I might consider content-based categories, but that also might not be totally necessary currently.
