Quest: Preemptive Measures
Issue: None of the Serpentsbloom are lootable thus making the quest uncompleteable

Objective: Muyoh Escorted
Objective: Mutanus the Devourer Defeated
Issue:
these two objectives are unable to be done as Muyoh will not allow you to start the escort portion of the dungeon even after having killed all of the serpent lord bosses.

Bonus Objective Tracker
Issue: None of the bonus bosses register as having been killed on the bonus objective tracker.
