Dungeon Quest: Preemptive methods and Last boss in Wailing caverns

Describe the bug
When entering wailing caverns you get couple of quests. One of them being this one. You have to collect serpentbloom, while they exist in the dungeon and can be interacted with, you get nothing from them.

Also last boss in wailing caverns, that big murloc. He is there, but you should get an escort to him from one of the npcs from the start, when i tried to do that it showed a regular dialogue as if all the bosses are still alive even though they were dead, so i couldn't start the escort. Went straight to the last boss, it did count and i got dungeon reward.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Wailing caverns
2. Take the quest Preemptive methods and try collecting some of the serpentblooms.
3. Kill all bosses, and go the the npc from the beginning.

Expected behavior
You should get one serpentbloom from one of the herbs. Also once all bosses are killed you should be able to start Escort with i think the tauren from the start of the dungeon.
