Fix some outstanding Warnings/Recommendations from the WP Theme Check

To be able to submit Infinity Base to the WordPress Repository we need to get the theme free of warning and requirements. To do so, there are a few small issues that need be handled. Here's a screenshot of my current fork that has fixed all requirements in the templates/setup files.

Some of them are related to the hidden git folder to be present, and mac specific files and folders. Which basically leave only a few warnings.

I ran the theme checker and it seems a majority of the errors are from extensions. Some of the advanced extensions like theme picker etc I want to move out of core into the free extensions directory anyways so this might be an excuse to get that rolling sooner than later.

Bleeding edge pretty much passes theme check now except for some trivial stuff. I will close this once its 100% clean.
