系统貌似无法识别播放器正在播放声音？（ios） #610

issue 内容

举个例子，在同时开启虎牙直播和哔哩哔哩的后台播放功能的情况下，如果切到kazumi播放器则后台不会停止播放，而虎牙和哔哩相互切换正在播放的视频则会将后台的声音停掉。

当我将虎牙放到后台，然后启动kazumi播放某个番剧的话，虎牙的声音是能停掉的。但是当我切回虎牙再切回kazumi，虎牙后台的声音就一直存在了，其他软件同理

重新打开播放器无法修复上述bug，必须重启软件
