Feature: Zone Manager

This feature should provide a component for managing DNS zones. Additionally, the ability to manage zone metadata, records, and DNSSEC configuration should be provided by this component. This component should keep user experience in focus through the use of convenient search and management features that target common repetitive tasks such as multi-record modifications and mass-updates.

This component should also provide the ability to manage synchronization flags for each entity record which includes zones, zone metadata, and zone records.
