I had a error with the Stronghold Crusader Offsets, but with Extreme all was fine.

Fix for big Images

I found a Problem with the Big Images Import function here is a fixed Version.(thx to Monsterfisch)
I also reduced the files to only one executable.

In the next Release will be a new export Function (export as Texture pack). I also add than a new Program for Users to easy install Texture packs with one Click.

Texture packs will have the following Information:
Preview image of the Texture pack
Information text about the Texture pack.
Author/s Informations
Included Gm1Files and offsets to change in the Stronghold.exe

Maybe you want me to add something more to the Texture packs please make a issue.

Support for the gfx Folder

Hello Guys,

i added the Support for the gfx Folder:

Just click on the Button Gm1/GFX to change the preview list from both folder(gm/gfx).

Also i fixed a error with the Logger, it should now work as espected.

Support for Export and Import as Big Image

In this release i added the Export and Import Function for all Images as One.

Also i added the functions of the Logger, if you have problems just enable the Logger and send me the Logfile in the issue Section.

For the next Update i will add the possibility to change inside of the Stronghold Exe the positions of the Towers and other Buildings.(this update will take longer because of research in the exe and im not so good with it now.). If i can add this sucessfully we can make bigger castlekeeps and towers etc. Stay tuned, maybe i will do a extra programm for users to install Graphic mods for Stronghold and create a Fileformat for it.

Support to import Animations

Hello Guys,

i support now the import for your own Animations. But therefor you need to look at the infos below:

  1. If you use your own entirely new animation make sure you use for the colortable for each color a diffrent Color look for more information in the info button.

  2. For own Animation first export Colortables and Images with the normal "Export Images" Button, after editing both, first import Colortables than images.

  3. If you want to edit the orginal files from Stronghold, i will told you that the Animation a little bit Buggy to Import, therefore in the Optionsmenue are 2 new Submenues, it works but its a little bit unfinished.(You can edit them but better to use the normal export and create them entirely new or change the Colortables correctly so they will work again). I will work on the little problems so you can use the orginal files and copy for example the wodcutter as new spearmen.

Hotfix for editing Stronghold 1 GM1 Files, should work as aspected now.
Thanks to cybercorpse for telling me the Error.

First final Release

This is now the first final Release u can edit all files except of animations with Colortable.
Some new created GM1 Files will be bigger than the original others get smaller but all will work so there is no problem. I will write a tutorial on how the program should be used. If you get any Error please write me on Discord or use the issue Section: Gaaammmler#1397 .
Later i will add the Import for Animations with Colortables, but this will take a little bit longer to figure out how i can do it without long loading times.

Support now all types of GM1 Files

You can now open all GM1 files, only files from type Animations cant be edit now, also i need to fix that new generated GM1 files are a little bit bigger than the orignal.

Important Side Node:
I have the theorie that Stronghold will not load files if the get too big or all GM1 Files together get to big, so now i need to optimize the Encoding to get the filesizes like the original ones,fix some bugs, add the import function for Animation and the programm will be ready to do all you want.

I didnt check all Files now, but if you find some things not working right, please tell me so i can fix it.

Hello Guys,

i add the option to export the images as Gif, but Please dont use Gifs for editing, because the Color encoding in some Programms like example gimp is wrong if you open it.
