Villagers struck by lightning are not recorded!

Using version 23.1. Any villagers that have been struck by lightning, and thus converted into witches are not recorded. This makes it very easy to grief trading halls by converting the villagers into witches through the use of a trident.

How to replicate:

1. Find any villager.
2. Smite it with lightning through any means, be it a command or the use of a trident.

You will notice that Coreprotect hasn't logged the conversion from a Villager to a Witch, meaning that it's impossible to rollback the witch to a villager.
