Various interesting public datasets are available that could be integrated. For the Dutch situation:

Soiltypes and ground water from BRO Bodemkaart
Shape for buildings and property from BAG and BRK repositories at PDOK
The "rood blauw kaarten" by Von Freytag Drabbe, although these would need georeferencing and setting up some tiling service (https://www.historischwaterbeheer.wur.nl/)
