Cross Post/Link posted to Bluesky.

This pipeline currently exists, HOWEVER when the post is made to bluesky, the link to the patreon post is not hyperlinked nor embedded in the bluesky post, so bluesky users would have to copy the link from the post and paste it into the address bar to reach the patreon post - which they will not do.
