Add changes based on code already created for https://github.com/PiSupply/JustBoom/blob/master/jb-rotary.py
Also add to README https://github.com/PiSupply/JustBoom#digi-boards

@shawaj Do we really need to add this since the volume is ether 0 or 100?

The idea was to use the same approach used for the rotary in JustBoom repo. Look at the Digi boards note on the main README.md
