[feature] Detect when image being built is for an RK3588 #46

The images are built inside a chroot. It would be nice to be able to detect if the images are being built for RK3588 boards. If we know that the images are for RK3588, we can:

  • Skip install of cpufrequtils since the base images already run in high performance mode
  • Properly enable the big cores in the install script
