Dependency on forms 3.x

Hi, this package depends on forms ^3 do you use any of the new features in 3.*? if not you should be able to use ~2.8|~3.0 and support people who cannot upgrade to version 3 of the SF libraries.

I cannot remember any reasons why I set it, Setting the version ~2.8|~3.0 looks reasonable to me.
