Greetings,

I noticed that the plugin will not send the batch until the counter is filled:

if MessageCounter == 10 {
    err := sendBatchToSqs(sqsConf, SqsRecords)
...
}

I wonder if it should add some timer in case the logs are coming in sparsed interval.
