Bug: PathVisio allows user to set RelX and RelY outside of allowed range

For State objects, the Relative X and Relative Y coordinates have to be between -1 and 1 (libGPML requirement). A recently added pathway had RelX and RelY outside (causing problems with metadata action) because it is possible to manually enter values outside the allowed range in the Properties panel.
