Another issue (but not an urgency right now) is the inability of the Org Admins to either fix or delete templates that users have made in error. For instance, we have one that a non-scrum team made because they didn’t know that it wasn’t necessary to create a template to run a retro.
They made a copy of the What Went Well template, named it What Went Well Copy, and now we all have to see that template in our choices each time we add a meeting. We have no idea who made the template and have no way to contact them to ask them to delete it. I’ve had many SMs make the same mistake as well, and have had to reach out to them individually each time asking them to either make the template private to their team (they added their Team’s name to the template, but made it accessible to all of our company, or they copied a template which appended Copy to the end of the name and it was identical to the orig. template). Having duplicate templates can really add up and clutter the template choices when we’re searching for which one to use each retro.
