Expected behavior

Normal /tp to any player

Observed/Actual behavior

The player is not going anywhere and his entire interior in the house will disappear, all the whole blocks will disappear.
In the chat it said: Chat is disabled in the client settings

Steps/models to reproduce

  1. Start the server with paper
  2. Just write /tp to any players and you will encounter this error.
    (This error is not always, it appears sometimes)

Chat is disabled in the client settings

consider enabling chat in the client settings, aka your minecraft settings ^^

The error is what we care about, the chat stuff is potentially some side-effect of this mess
