Project for new dev (pair programmed with Ben):
Add variance explained to the GSP results output as one more metric (three new columns) “Variance explained” will be calculated differently for binary and quantitative outcomes, but we should compute it from the meta file for all index SNPs, for the SNPs that we have and then the proportion of the variance explained that we can compute.
