Blasr : terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'

Hi,,, when I am trying to run Blasr-1.3.1 , I get the following error

[INFO] 2019-05-23T11:14:06 [blasr] started.
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
what(): SamWriter: could not write record
Aborted (core dumped)

can anyone help me out on this??

Hmmm. If you're using Bioconda, try conda update --all. There is only one place now where Blasr is still used, and we have not seen this error. Try going into the run-directory where this happens and look for a stderr file.
