Compile blockly programs before conversion to textual project

When converting a visual project to a textual, the XML blockly description is not being translated to python. Instead, the resulting textual project contains the visual program at the state when it was executed the last time. Consequently, when the programs has never been executed, the conversion fails.

To fix this, the visual program should be compiled before creating the textual program from it.
