The disease tag counts are minimally informative because they only represent things that have been manually tagged. Let's remove them for now, and we can always bring them back if and when they have something meaningful to represent.

Done - disease tags counts are removed.

If counts are possible, add - or save for later
Have counts so it’s clear to the user that there are preprints in that category
