Add Metadata to CoderData package

Users need to be able to retrieve more information about CoderData programmatically.

• Users should be able to easily check which version of CoderData they have from the command line using --version as well as in python.

• Rename Dataset to Study.

• Include the following data in figshare_latest.yaml:

  • Study Name,
  • Study Source,
  • Date Built,
  • Github Hash,
  • Datatypes available (for each study).

• Make this data retrievable from the python package and command line.
