Enhancement: Walled Gardens v1.2 gallery/screenshots are (too?) small

Summary

The new Walled Gardens v1.2 doc contains a change where the gallery/screenshot images are smaller. This looks a bit neater, but it makes them harder to read.

Details

Suggestions:

• Make the images a bit larger. They are currently set to max-height: 320px, we could increase that a bit or maybe base it on vh?
• Make them clickable for full size. Maybe a 11ty plugin that takes care of adding <a /> tags for us instead of having to add them manually?
