I've been working on getting all the characterisation data together for the SI and have now uploaded the most recent version here. I've decided against doing this in a google doc to save the headache of moving things over at the end anyway.

Just some quick notes:

  • Generally, it's taking a while as I'm trying to get all the formatting to be consistent throughout, but progress is being made
  • The green highlights are for replacing with the respective General Procedures at the end
  • The purple highlights are for compounds from @alintheopen and @david1597 for which we are collating data for; or for references from theses that need adding
  • The red highlights are for missing experimental information; or for compound numbers for intermediates that we need to figure out how to deal with
  • The light blue highlights are for 13C values that are repeated. I just need to check the raw NMRs to get 2 dp values for those
  • I'm slowly working through getting data for all the intermediates so that section is a work in progress
  • I'm putting in all the TCG data that we received but we've noticed a few discrepancies. These will be updated once we know for sure what to include.

I haven't put in any of the biological assay procedures, tables, figures etc. yet so it may be more efficient if someone else was able to start collating all of those things in a separate word doc first (this includes the info that's already at the end of the main paper which has a comment to be moved out into the SI). Then I can just tack it on to the end of my version. Any volunteers?

If you do look through it and want to add things, please let me know here as I will be continuing to work on it offline. I can then get all the additions merged so I don't miss anything.

Current version of the SI file, for the preprint submission, is here. Now lacking only a handful of compounds, right?
