Limit view access for OpenSPP client specific instances

Business Requirement
As agreed internally with the team, we should hide specific elements that are not significant for a client's view

• account security
• preferences
• role type

To Reproduce

1. Open QA SPMIS
2. Go to Settings
3. Click Users & Companies then click Users
4. Select an existing user
5. Notice Account security , Preferences and Role type. These should be hidden from view for Client specific openspp versions.
   Additional Information

• Priority: [High/Medium/Low]
• Dependencies: [Other tasks, modules, etc.]
• Attachments: [Screenshots, diagrams, etc.]
