The simplest plugin shall do:
a) read pair of images as a stack - it enables playing the animation of those pairs. (try to find out how to play animation different between list of pairs)
b) add shape layer with ROI
c) if ROI exists, run in ROI, if doesn't, run over all the image the simplest PIV analysis (32 x 32, 16 pix overlap, 1 pass) and
d) add vectors layer of the result

1. add various options: interrogation windows, overlaps, etc.
2. work with the magicgui to get all the settings
3. work with magicgui to create multiple panels - add more options
