Issues in consideration for the next major release of Salesforce.

Aside from jsforce, all the issues here should be considered OPTIONAL

hey @josephjclark I don't think we should work on all of these. For example, #69 hasn't come again in years and we don't have a test environment for this. Will book some time to discuss.

I think we should just do the jsforce stuff reallly
