How to install OpenELEC/unofficial-addons on Kodi

I have an fresh install of Kodi 17 and I'd like to include the OpenELEC/unofficial-addons. How can I install it?
I tried to search on Google for the zip file but I didn't find. :(

You can enable it via System --> Add-ons --> Disabled add-ons --> Add-on Repos --> OpenELEC Unofficial Repo --> Enable

Is there a way to do it from command line or scp ?
