Feat:Adding navbar and footer

Describe the feature

We can add a navigation bar and footer to improve the UI appearance, enhancing the frontend of this page. Currently, there is no link to return to the home page when the user enters their email. The navigation bar will provide that link, and after entering their email, it will display their name and allow them to log out.
