This is not exactly a bug but something that can be improved. The readability of the .ttl file generated by the transformation to OWL with gUFO is not great since every line is squeezed on top of the other. This makes working directly on the file difficult.

As a possible reference for a good readable output, check Protégé "save as" .ttl.
