Summary

Ombi container suffers degraded health, logs show evidence of database locks preventing correct operation. Docker does not restart the container however, as it does not get notified of a health issue.
Manually restarting the container restores health. Based on this, my understanding is that the container is unhealthy enough that it should be restarted.

you can try this in your docker compose; it's working for me at least:

    healthcheck:
      test: ["CMD", "curl", "-f", "http://localhost:3579/api/v1/Status"]
      interval: 2s
      timeout: 30s
      retries: 10
