在手机网页端上展示，如何修改整体效果的size？

貌似效果固定在100px，但是我的手机网页是用rem布局的，这个有什么好的方法去调整整个大小吗？（包括图标和动画效果）

I removed width and height from the following class:
.VueStar__ground

Then I adjusted the animation class:
VueStar__decoration { margin-top:-40px;margin-left:-40px; ... }

It works in my size, don't know if you will have to change those px.
