Do I need su and supersu installed

I,

one thing I didn't understand is if I need to have su and supersu in my custom rom or not. I prefered not to have those, as in the oficial Nexus ROM's, since they support OTA's too and don't have su.

Hello Flávio,

Sorry for the delayed answer, i got to say that you need to have root
inside your rom or you have to find another way to reboot your device.
A device needs root to be able to reboot into recovery.
